You can switch a user from a regular registered user, to a wholesale account by:

  1. Log in to admin
  2. From top menu 'Components' > 'Virtuemart'
  3. From left menu 'Admin' > 'Users'
  4. Find and click the username
  5. Click the 'Shopper Information' tab
  6. Change the 'Shopper Group' from 'default' to 'wholesale'
  7. Click 'Save'

When that user logs in, they will now see your wholesale prices.
