Support Guidelines

We currently offer an unlimited amount of support tickets for all customers.

This is currently the only method of support that we offer. Any messages left elsewhere will go unanswered.

If you do not receive a response to your support ticket after 1 business day,
feel free to use our complimentary support chat line.

Just be sure to have your support ticket number handy.


To get the most out of our support ticket system just follow these few tips:

  • Submit one issue/question per ticket
      • This will help to ensure all your questions are answered and that nothing is missed
      • Adding an unrelated question to existing tickets or multiple unrelated questions per ticket may result in delay of response
  • Summarize the ticket in the subject line
      • This will help us in the future should you ever need to find a previous ticket (rather than fishing through all tickets that say 'Support')
  • Choose the appropriate Priority Level - selecting inappropriate priority levels repeatedly may result in every ticket you submit being treated with low priority.

    • Low - For preferential changes that you are requesting
    • Normal - For a general question or request
    • High - if you site is non functional and requires immediate attention
